Return Policy and Procedure: You may return unopened and unused products in the original, sealed container within 14 days of receipt. The shipping charges are not refundable.

 

TIP: If you are trying out a product your companion animal is not familiar with, such as a new supplement, it may make sense to purchase the smallest quantity available the first time. If, for some reason, your companion just doesn't like something, opened items or unused portions of food may be appreciated by your local shelter.

 

To make a return, you must first request a return authorization number by sending an email to info@altpetvet.net.  Please make sure to indicate the original invoice number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.  Once this information is received, a return authorization number and return address will be sent to you.

 

Please make sure to package the items well. We will not be able to honor credits of merchandise that comes back to us damaged. You may want to insure your package. Once you have received your return authorization number, please write it on the outside of the package.
